So how these problems are solved become extremely important to feel like you are moving forward.

Take an example of the problem ‘my sales are not too low’. Most decision-makers think ‘WHAT’ is the solution for low sales and instantly look for marketing and sales solutions. How often do they ask themselves ‘WHY’ I have this problem? If they ask that type of question, their answer will result in the most optimal solution. It might be that the product/service is not servicing the need of its customer, so design thinking might be the solution.

So which way have you been solving problems in your journey to scale???

Another example is ‘my employees are not productive’, ‘WHAT’ solution might be to hire a new one or introduce KPIs. The ‘WHY’ solution would be leadership training or implementing new software.

Same problem statement, very different solution options. Very different outcomes. So which way have you been solving problems in your journey to scale???
